IMGT/HLA Sequence Database

Specialists use this database to locate sequences of the human major histocompatibility complex (HLA). It includes the official sequences for the World Health Organization (WHO) HLA Nomenclature Committee for Factors of the HLA System. The IMGT/HLA Database is part of the international ImMunoGeneTics project (IMGT).
