Pedigree Analysis Tool
A tool provided by the National Marrow Donor Program, Bioinformatics Research Department to determine an individual’s possible multi-locus phased genotype using family HLA typing data and pedigree segregation analysis. The input HLA type may contain varying levels of missing or ambiguous data.
